Competence

Each One Teach One

One of the greatest ways to create social change is to understand your power and share it with the world. By utilizing your knowledge and skills to make environments better, you empower others to do the same.

Plan for Social Change:

1.  Identify the skill, talent, knowledge or ability that you possess that can improve the community you are a part of in any way.

2.  Identify a young person who you can encourage, inspire or educate or mentor simply but sharing your area of competence.

3.  Commit to at least one engagement where you engage with that young person and share what you do. Have a dialogue with them about what skills, talent, knowledge or ability they possess.

4. Share the following post on your social media platforms and in the CIA Portal: “Each One Reach One.”  #CIACompetence
